1. CHAIN REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
– Use the same model of connecting link as the chain.
– Pay attention to the correct insertion direction of the spring clip.
– Adjust the chain to maintain the recommended tightness of 20–25 mm.
– Ensure that the sprocket axes are parallel and remain on the same plane.
2. CHAIN ADJUSTMENT & MAINTENANCE
– The chains are pre-stressed after assembly.
– During the initial period of use, the chain may become loose.
– Adjust the chain after the first 200–300 kilometres.
– Check and adjust the chain every 500 kilometres thereafter.
– Maintain the ideal chain slack of 20–25 mm.
