At M. Saqib Autos, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an incorrect part or an item with a factory defect, you are eligible for an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a hassle-free return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged Crown packaging with all barcodes and hologram stickers intact.
• The part must not have been installed, mounted, greased, or physically altered in any way.
• The customer must provide proof of purchase (Order number or invoice).

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Parts that show signs of installation or mechanical damage caused by improper fitting.
• Electrical components (CDI units, stator coils, bulbs) that were damaged due to faulty vehicle wiring or battery short-circuits.
• Items returned after the 7-day checking period has expired.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +92 300 0000000 with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item. Once approved, you can send the parcel back to our Karachi shop or visit us directly at Islam Chowk Market, Orangi Town, Karachi.
